从官网上看，应该是这个地址：http://rsdownload.rising.com.cn/middle11/rsfree/ravfa.exe ，版本应该是23.01.31.82

但是，实际上下载下来的是 23.01.20.62版本，当时在QQ群跟一个客服反映了，他说下载的没问题，让清除缓存再试，然后我几个同事下载跟我一样，还是版本不对。
然后我回家下载了测试，版本是跟官网一致的。
为什么会这样呢？我分别在办公室和在家Ping了一下rsdownload.rising.com.cn，发现IP是不一样的，而且跟IP138返回的也不一样，估计是跟电信铁通的线路有关
我家用的是电信的下载正常，办公室用的移动（铁通）不正常。
请问能否提供一个IP供下载？我这边有台电脑不能上网，而且不能使用最新版的V16版本，会跟电脑上的一个程序冲突，只能用这个2011版离线升级包。

这上面显示，有两个需要下载的地方，一个长度是 Content-Length: 47277784
另一个长度是 Content-Length: 43115264  ，好像是在一个redhat服务器上
后面一个43115264应该是正确的版本，最新版的，上面47277784字节是我办公室下载的版本，是23.1.20.62旧版本
