您好 您可以试试以下方法
1.用卡卡添加禁止访问该网站即可 ie防护里就有
2.更改host文件达到屏蔽作用 具体是 用记事本打开host文件（位于C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc） 在里面添加  127.0.0.1    http://www.89494.com/  这一条即可

瑞星防火墙的黑名单试过吗？
瑞星个人防火墙--恶意网址拦截--网站黑白名单--设置--黑名单中添加该网址。
hosts文件中，你将59.37.71.87      改为127.0.0.1，这样就不访问了，因为127.0.0.1是本机。
那两个网站总出现别的链接可能是网页中添加了链接的脚本。

是ie首页被修改为这个网址了吧，查看一下在ie目录下是否有xxxxx.dat文件，找到后将其删除，重启电脑再试试。（xxxxx一般都是数字）
