出现问题是的德语xp系统，另外的中文vista升级无问题。严重影响我使用，不知道到底怎么解决，要怎么贴才能得到解决。

请您卸载瑞星杀毒软件，卸载的过程中不保留配置文件（一定要记得）重装再看一下

我是WIN7目前没有问题

卸载重新安装试一下，卸载过程中不保留配置文件。

我是瑞星2009升级上来的，那现在要装多少版本的，2010的我下载不了！

瑞星杀毒软件版本是多少？lz将系统的杀毒软件卸载，网站直接下载2011安装程序，重新安装并升级至最新版观察。http://shop.rising.com.cn/

瑞星应该不支持德语的操作系统。
