卸载后升级仍然报以上错误，已经重复多次不能解决。

请楼主卸载防火墙，卸载时不保留配置文件，删除防火墙安装目录后从瑞星官网下载防火墙2010最新本版安装

瑞星产品在升级时偶尔会遇到莫名其妙的升级问题。通吃你卸载瑞星防火墙，重启计算机，然后删除瑞星防火墙残留目录(注意区分杀毒软件和防火墙文件别删除错误了)。然后凭你的瑞星杀毒软件序列号和ID，登录瑞星网站的升级中心，输入序列号和ID，然后下载瑞星防火墙最新离线安装程序，重新安装以后再次升级即可。
