我应用的瑞星企业版，近期上瑞星网企业版升级包网站上不去，连其它网页都可以上，在升级界面点企业版升级显示：http://c.ikaka.com/inforcenterManage/web/ClickLog.aspx?id=WunWEqXmI2I%3d，找不到服务器，机器重新装系统还是上不去，下不了升级包，换到其它电脑就可以上。请帮助解决一下。

用户系统信息：Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1)

应该是域名劫持，用记事本打开C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc目录下的hosts文件，把里面与瑞星相关的网址都删掉，再试试看

里边没有瑞星的网站

可以尝试下清理下系统垃圾~
比如用鲁大师之类的软件~
然后重新启动~
只是尝试~:kaka12:

那会不会是路由器的问题，路由把这个网站屏蔽了？

瑞星服务中心也上不去，就是连不上，其它什么网站都好用。真是怪事。
