我打不开E:\System Volume Information，禁止访问。请哪位高手的姐姐哥哥们帮一下。

右键单击“我的电脑” -->“属性”--> “系统还原”-->"在所有驱动器上关闭系统还原"打钩-->“确定”退出。

这个你手动删了就好。

两种方法，一种赋给权限。另一种就是楼上所说的方法，关闭系统还原。不过有的病毒会利用SYI来隐藏病毒，并不是关闭了系统还原，这文件夹所有东西都会被删除。只有系统默认备份的东西才会被删除。所以，建议赋给权限，然后再杀毒就可以了。

赋权方法：System Volume Information右键，给everyone赋权为可读可写。如果没有everyone用户，你可以添加这个用户进去即可。意思就是任何用户（包括各种权限的工具）均可对该文件夹进行 读写操作。系统默认是只有SYSTEM权限才可以读写的。
