在我升级防火墙的时候出现下列内容：
An error occurred while reading the configuration file.Please try to repair the file using Add/RemovePrograms in the Windows Control Panel and Try again.(1)
请问这些是什么意思，如何解决？

用户系统信息：Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1)

配置文件损坏，需要通过添加删除组件，卸载程序重新安装。
