这个文件很好删除，首先改名，重启，再删除。
本人已经做了如下操作：
用delsrv把那个服务serggggy删除了。
把此dll文件该为bak文件。
还有此文件可以嵌入到很多执行文件，本人使用prcview的pv看过，包括firefox，iexplore，explorer都在使用此dll文件。
