我在按下软件更新的时候..突然弹出一个提示筐..内容如下:An error occurred while raading the configuration file.Please try to repair the file using Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel and try again(1)
请高手们帮帮我..谢..

用户系统信息：Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1)

卸载,下载09的最新安装包,重新安装!

修复防火墙试试，点击开始——程序——瑞星个人防火墙——添加删除组件——修复，或卸载重新安装。

楼主可以参考3楼的修复,不行的话,再参考2\3楼的重装...
