输入法进程文件c:\windows\system32\ctfmon.exe已挂，建议：
1、找个同操作系统版本的机（比如你机操作系统为WINXP SP2，就找个操作系统为WINXP SP2的其他计算机），复制该机c:\windows\system32\ctfmon.exe这个文件到U盘；
2、将U盘插入你的计算机后，先用任务管理器结束ctfmon.exe这个进程；
3、将U盘中正常的ctfmon.exe依次替换c:\windows\system32\dllcache（这是个隐藏文件夹，请提前设置显示所有文件和文件夹“）和c:\windows\system32\目录下的同名文件，注意顺序不能错；
4、重启计算机。
