红色英语的意思是说：“程序遇到致命错误，即将关闭，请用电子邮件将有关出错文件发至rising@rising.com.cn，以便帮助我们提高软件的安全性”。

貌似瑞星杀软（或防火墙）出错误，请提供出错对话框（包括标题栏的信息）的截图。如果标题栏提示为RAVTASK.EXE错误，则卸载瑞星杀软重装；如果标题栏提示为RFWMAIN.EXE错误，则卸载防火墙重装。

你的帖子中的英语貌似有错误，请核对。
