下面是我用工具抓的http://download.rising.com.cn/msgbox/antispyware.html 页面
抓3，4次会有一次不同！！！！也就是说被人改成了恶意的广告网站！！！！

我机器上确定没有问题，应该是isp那边给人arp欺骗了（或者是isp那边有人想骗广告费！）可以肯定是
针对http://download.rising.com.cn/msgbox/antispyware.html这个页面的。
大家可以这样验证： 用卡卡会出广告的人，可以用IE或其它浏览器访问http://download.rising.com.cn/msgbox/antispyware.html
多刷几次，就会出那个广告网站！！！
