It was still early on that evening of the 17th of November, 1961, as my watch ticked off the seconds and I waited for her to arrive. My nerves were on a razor's edge. Imagine me waiting for... Marilyn Monroe.

I was within a breath's distance of the GODDESS. Now it was just the two of us. Me with Marilyn Monroe, lying there ready to respond to my requests wearing nothing more than a silk sheet! I wasn't sure exactly what was expected of me. What was I supposed to do? I retreated behind my camera and started shooting again.

　　现在，就只有我俩。我和女神如此接近，接近得可以感受到她的呼吸。她按照我的要求躺在那里，身上除了一条床单外一无所有！一时间，我不太确定我想要干嘛，我的计划是什么。 我退回到我的照相机后面，开始对她拍摄。
