我的WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL最近出了一个小问题，关闭我的电脑或者垃圾箱的时候，桌面上所有的图标以及任务栏都会消失，如同刚开机一样！只有桌面的图片还在，几秒后又复原了！故障出现的时候还拌有硬盘的转动，有人建议我将系统还原，还原后故障暂时消失，可下次开机时候又出现了。PS：我用最新版本的杀毒软件杀干净毒的，所以可以基本排除是病毒，此外我的系统已经升级到最新的更新了。

有时候日志不一定能看出问题来杀软可以查出来,有时候恰恰相反.
