运行System Repair Engineer，点“启动项目，服务，勾选“隐藏微软服务”选中病毒服务Gray_Pigeon_Server，StdService选择“删除所选服务”“否”最后重启。（每一个逗号隔开的就是一个病毒的服务，请逐一删除）
双击我的电脑--工具---文件夹选项--查看--单击选取"显示隐藏文件或文件夹"清除"隐藏受保护的操作系统文件（推荐）"复选框。在提示您确定更改时，单击“是”

谢谢：我无邪“，按照您的方法试过了，还是不行啊，但是我没有找到那两个要删除的文件。
我尝试过只有把ACTIVEX全部禁止掉才能上网，但每次都会跳出一个提示，说可能无法正常显示。所以我想怎样能把那些ACTIVEX插件删除掉也许就OK了。

二，还是打开一个IE窗口，工具，管理加载项，逐一禁用插件。只到全部插件都试过。看看问题能否解决。
