我的机器检测出了TrojanDownloader.Keenval.e 病毒，瑞星、江民都无法杀掉，请问有什么办法，以下是病毒检测日志：

在 C:\System Volume Information\_restore{131099D9-D9A3-43AC-9A2A-2D74CE39F987}\RP9\A0018101.exe->data0003 中发现 TrojanDownloader.Keenval.e 病毒, 清除失败
在 C:\System Volume Information\_restore{131099D9-D9A3-43AC-9A2A-2D74CE39F987}\RP9\A0018101.exe->data0004 中发现 TrojanDownloader.Keenval.e 病毒, 清除失败
在 C:\System Volume Information\_restore{131099D9-D9A3-43AC-9A2A-2D74CE39F987}\RP9\A0018102.exe->data0003 中发现 TrojanDownloader.Keenval.e 病毒, 清除失败
在 C:\System Volume Information\_restore{131099D9-D9A3-43AC-9A2A-2D74CE39F987}\RP9\A0018102.exe->data0004 中发现 TrojanDownloader.Keenval.e 病毒, 清除失败
