你装诺顿了？
如果没装诺顿，问题就出在这项上（诺顿也不应该呆在%system%里吧？）

如果有的话，就是这个O23 - Service: Symantec - Unknown owner - C:\WINNT\System32\Symantec.exe (file missing)
文件已经丢失，你已经修复了？
