为什么我没有windows installer

请问高手，我用的系统是Ghost的xp3，但是我的服务里面没有windows installer，请问高手这是什么原因？哪里有与xp3相符的windows installer下载？？？急需高手指教！！！ 因为正要安装软件！！！先谢谢了！！！

用户系统信息：Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 2.0.50727)

首先谢谢你的回复，但我按照你的方法下载安装，出现以下提示：
我不知道这是为什么，既然有为什么显示不出来？？怎样才能把windows installer弄出来？？？
