电脑间歇性的大键盘数字键1、2、3、4、7、8、9、0和左Shift不能使用。在网上搜索没有解决方案，但有许多人也同样碰到这个问题，也就是大键盘数字键只有5、6能用。

另外，这些数字键也不是单纯的不能用，只要用右Shift还是能组合出相对应的符号：!@#&*()

同时在运行游戏的时候，如果出现该数字键不能使用的状况，机器反应会变慢。在网络断开时未出现该现象。

由于间歇性发作，怀疑与病毒有关，但使用瑞星听诊器未发现可疑信息。
