电脑中毒,WINDPWS自动推荐我个反间谍软件,但是我点了又没反映,他现在限制了我的桌面向现在桌面什么都没了,只有蓝屏,中间有个黑框里面写:

我已经用杀毒软件杀了还是没用,虽然现在电脑的程序能用但是会时不时的卡机,跟重起,有什么办法么?
