电脑运行有些文件的时候按键盘会自动重启，还要自检，硬盘全格都没用，瑞星金山都杀不到病毒  谁能帮帮忙啊

4 把日志中的报告完整拷贝贴上来，不要修改

注意在没有进一步提示前，勿要胡乱修复，否则系统可能变的情况更糟。

按你所说应该就是硬件的问题，可以试试置换法应该能看出到底是硬件还是中毒的问题。
