请问这是硬盘坏掉还是病毒?【求助】
电脑故障:1.鼠标双击不灵敏.有时要多点几次.
2.部分EXE文件打开错误.象网际快车显示出现错误需要关闭,迅雷显示源文件被破坏.超级兔子是内存分配错误.(这些都是安装文件的EXE应用程序).安装好以后损坏的文件有QQ,报"The installer you are trying to use is corruptedor incomplete.

请问这是硬盘坏掉还是病毒?查到一些病毒,瑞星查到两个,一个未知的.木马杀客查到一个SVKP.SYS.这个还有办法修复吗?
