求助。开机显示Runtime error!

各位高手们帮忙解决一下吧
用户系统信息：Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; QQDownload 1.7; TencentTraveler 4.0)

用SRENG工具扫描系统日志发这论坛来

点击下载：SRENG工具  (内附说明）（右键选择“目标另存为”下载）

建议日志文件以附件形式发来

出现那个框，像这个：

 附件: 您所在的用户组无法下载或查看附件

就看不到具体的程序名？？？

或者你运行msconfig，在启动项里取消不需要的启动项。。
