I cannot possibly say for sure that the phone company are doing anything malicious such as spying, however it also cannot be ruled out. The code appears to be coming from them. If when this stops happening the code is still being added, just that it works, then we can surely see what is happening. This is why I say we should keep watching this after the problem is solved.

Companies everywhere try to gather lots of information, more than they are allowed, until someone notices or challenges. Recently in UK a new advertising company was caught and had to change a lot as the public were not happy.

As someone else said, this could be used to insert adverts or to change the adverts that you see based upon what you do. It think best thing now is to complain. After we can watch what is happening, though I may not be in Shanghai then but I would happily assist.

The return code is used to monitor and capture any web page you view.
It is very obvious as it even include a javascript routine to hide the original page title.
You can view the page title on Windows title bar.
The attached program is a simple routine to demonstrate how to steal your user id and password from the hidden page.

Run the file spy.htm (The spy.htm is the same as the returned code)
It will alert you the user id and password, which are blank now.
Press OK and fill in any user id and password.
Then press F5 to refresh.

The system will tell you the user id and password you entered.

能有什麽效果。24日晚上我在上うき的時候第一次出現這樣情況，當時還以爲自己電腦問題，因爲當時晚了也沒弄，第二天ping通之後發現應該不是自己問題，今天中午抽空給10000電話，結果那裏的小姐還跟我說不是電信問題，叫我不要相信網絡留言。天哪，會出現這種情況的都是上海ADSL，說不是誰相信？
我人在靜安區，在長寧區申請的ADSL，用的是徐匯區的IP，三個區沒一個好的……絕望了
浦東地區的有問題麽？

所以別期待什麽工程師，反饋人多了的話電信也許會有動作

基本排除病毒及IE内核被人利用的嫌疑。电信极有可能假借网络优化之名，劫持用户上网数据。

电信的人来看过了,说不是他们的问题,说如果上不了QQ或者上不了网才是他们的问题,叫我重装系统
